Dog Breath
is a
whimsical series of handcolored fiber-based black and white photographs
of Pacific Northwest dogs, up close & personal. Only one item in
the photo is colored, creating a fun look to these "characters."
The idea was born from Dinah’s love for animals, especially dogs and
cats, and a desire to capture some close ups of dogs.
This exhibit
is a bit special, in that Dinah has framed original fiber-based
black and white photographs that she has handcolored. This is a tribute
to other artists and dog owners, and their love for their best friends.
