Dinah loves to get her hands dirty -- this was a tradition handed down from her mom who enjoyed working in the garden. So finding Dinah in the garden is not uncommon at the Satterwhite household. She loves to cut roses and flowers and spread them around her home in an assortment of vases, and share them with her frirends! Some of her favorites include bearded iris, poppies, rhodies, peonies, azaleas, wisteria, roses of course, and oh those dahlias! So it’s pure love when you see bright colors and fun textures in the floral images in in Dinah’s flower photographs. Many are from her own garden, and many are from the Pacific Northwest. One year, after perusing a magazine article in a waiting room, she she ordered poppy seeds from England and watched an assortment of colorful poppies come to life. On the order page, you’ll find two card boxes of her dahlia cards! 8 different dahlias in each. TIP: When ordering a large image, Dinah recommends trying large canvas wraps and float frames.
